In part. You can browse anonymised projects publicly: code name, technology, county, estimated capacity and stage. The transaction itself is run by a Kosmosis Operator: identification and an NDA, then the detailed sheet, offers and exclusivity, step by step.

Public information is limited to a code name, technology, county, estimated capacity and stage. The detailed project sheet opens after identification and an NDA. The full data room opens only during exclusivity.

Under a code name, with the company identity and the exact location protected. Kosmosis reviews every project before it is shared with anyone.

Investors submit indicative, non-binding offers through the Operator. The seller sees them and chooses who enters exclusivity, typically for 4, 6 or 8 weeks, with the full data room for due diligence.

Listing, anonymisation and presentation are free. Kosmosis earns a success-based commission, agreed in writing per mandate and due only when the transaction completes.

No. Kosmosis does not lend or invest. We advise on capital structuring and introduce capital providers as part of our services.
